· The work order site will only work from a staff computer at a VVUHSD site (ie. it will not work from home)
· Utilize your login name and password as used for computer login and email access. *** Do not enter vvuhsd\ before login name. ***
· Help Desk tab will be the default screen when logging into the system. From this screen you can create a work order, view existing work orders, and logout of the system.
· To create a new work order click on the New button with the green plus sign next to it.
· Ticket: Select your school, and a new ticket form will appear.
· Fill in all required information (labeled required) and any important notes in the comment field. ***Take note that the ticket cannot be saved without filling in the required information ***
