Summer School 2017

Welcome to Summer School 2017:
Victor Valley Union High School District’s 2017 summer school session will consist of 4 weeks of school beginning June 19th through July 21st with one week of vacation July 3rd-7th. This means students must remain focused, work diligently to advance through the coursework and earn your credits.  Summer School will be offered at two locations, Adelanto and Victor Valley high schools.  Students will only be allowed to request courses at one site. Programs at both sites will include enrichment courses to get ahead and remediation courses to catch up on missed credits. Summer school courses are offered through a variety of programs to include: APEX online, independent study, and seat time programs all of which have attendance requirements.

Monday - Friday
June 19th - July 21st
*NO SCHOOL July 3rd-7th 

Campus Hours:
8:00am - 2:30pm

Free Lunch:
Free lunch is offered to all students during summer school and must be consumed in the cafeteria.
10:30 am - 12:00 pm

How to register for summer school:
1. Contact your school site counselor to identify what classes you need
2. Turn in a completed and signed summer school registration form to your site counselor
3. Registration forms are due by May 5th 
4. Registration for summer school will be conducted on a first come first serve basis with priority given to seniors graduating at the conclusion of summer school
