Elvin Momon joined the Victor Valley Union High School District in July of 1986 as a High School Counselor. His experience spans most aspects of human services. Mr. Momon earned a Masters of Science in Education with an emphasis in counseling/psychology and a Administrative Service credential.

During the 29 years he has spent in the educational field, Mr. Momon has served as a teacher, counselor, dean of students, high school principal, Sr. Director of Certificated Personnel, and Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. It is truly his pleasure to serve the outstanding students, staff, and community of the Victor Valley Union High School District.
