ESSER III "SAFE RETURN PLAN" Public Comments and Questions
The ESSER III plan is funded by the State of California through the Federal American Rescue Plan Act. "Safe Return Plan" is a three-year plan that provides funding to continue to support actions and services in the following areas:
1) Prevention and mitigation of covid-19 to support CDCP guidance and safely reopen schools for in-person instruction.
2) Address the academic impact of lost instructional time through the implementation of evidence-based interventions
3) Respond to the academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of all students, and particularly those students disproportionately impacted by the COVID–19 pandemic.
4) Other allowable uses of remaining funding.
We would like feedback from the community in regards to the types of services we should continue to support and comments regarding new ideas or services we should implement beginning in the 2021-2022 school year.
