AUP Student Pledge and Digital Citizenship
The Victor Valley Union High School District is committed to helping our stakeholders utilize technology responsibly by implementing a Responsible Technology Use Agreement environment. This environment includes:
- PARENT/GUARDIAN: Acceptance of an opt-out only Responsible Use Agreement (RUA) during the online registration process.
- STUDENT: Annual digital citizenship lesson completed within 30 days of enrollment. Lessons are 20-25 minutes administered within classroom labs, classrooms, or at home. Content is grade-specific utilizing KnowBe4 Media lessons.
- To access the digital citizenship lessons, students must check their student email for the Welcome to KnowBE4 link and access the curriculum.
- Welcome Email Subject - VVUHSD Digital Citizenship - You've been enrolled in a training campaign (From KnowBe4) (Password-less)
- To access the digital citizenship lessons, students must check their student email for the Welcome to KnowBE4 link and access the curriculum.
If a student does not have the KnowBe4 Email, please see your site CMS or email helpdesk@vvuhsd.org.
- Complete all 4 KnowBe4 Digital Citizenship(AUP) Modules
- Login credentials sent to the Student email after enrollment

- STAFF: Acceptable Use Policy signed during the employment process.
